We’re looking for talented and smart WordPress developers to join us in one of the cities where Pentalog is present. You need to be experienced in WordPress development, to know how to work in a team and to be result-oriented. Some of the attributes we’re looking for in our new colleagues include:
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with WordPress architecture, custom content types and plugins
- Good understanding of PHP
- Solid foundation in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript is a plus.
- Experience with several frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
- Knowledge of best practices (standard naming conventions, code styles, security, etc.)
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Willingness to share and receive knowledge with the rest of the development team through collaboration.
- Very good client-orinted attitude, with the ability to explain limits and advantages of a solution.
- Good knowledge of English. French will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
You’ll help us develop new themes, new plugins, and help keep our older products functioning properly. The teams include a Project Manager and a Tester, as well as 3 or 4 Developers. Some examples of projects that you may be involved in, include:
- creating a white label platform for photographers to submit their photographic background in order to manage the printing frame command, or
- creating a platform for integrated components, for sites where you can have graphic design online. On the one hand printers put the desired component on the site (payment model for use). On the other designers lay their creations in the specific template (they are remunerated for the use of their creations).
